All three will void warranty no matter where you get these done from.
Any alteration which isn't offered officially by Toyota Indus itself voids warranty. If any dealership says otherwise - then they are lying just to make a few bucks.
Why you want a tracker? Do you intend yo use it as Uber etc or for security.
Get an insurance which doesn't mandate tracker..its a constant headache and will void warranty as well.
If you just wanna track your car then get a galaxy tag or similar device and throw it somewhere in the car at a hidden place and track through your phone yourself. It will be much cheaper and doesn't void warranty.
As far as cruise control is concerned .. you can get it installed but get a plug and play setup which has original grip so that no wire splicing is involved and take it off if gidforbid the need arises to claim warranty.
Retractable mirrors will need a lot of wire splicing and also needs opening up door panels... you will get pseudo retractable mirrors but will lose your warranty plus high risk of persistent rattling sounds from door panels as original seals will be lost.
