BTW, your car should have one transmission cooler already, usually integrated in the Radiator itself. Can you see pipes from Transmission going out to the Radiator?

There aren't any cooling lines from the radiator, because as many people are unaware, there's a bottle of cooling fluid attached the transmission ontop, if you remove the airbox you will be able to access it. If your car is overheating, extract that fluid and fill up exactly how much comes out, Using any decent Dot4 Brake Fluid. My car's driven 160k now and i dont face these issues.

Well i did not know that Vezal runs dry DCT which means that there can't be a transmission cooler. Replacing the actuator fluid makes real good sense to solve transmission heating problem and the reason is quite interesting.
The actuator apparently uses conventional brake fluid which is hygroscopic which means it'll absorb moisture (real bad fluid turns milky with time). When the water content increases in the brake fluid, it'll boil earlier under normal operation and turn to gas (Water boils at 100°C and Brake fluid boils around 230°C). This makes the Clutch engaging spongy and would prevent normal operation.

In bumper to bumper traffic " Avoid" crawling. Which is also called partial brake where you release pressure from brake pedal partially to make car move forward.

Either keep brake pressed firmly or Let go completely. Because clutch does not engage and keeps slipping causing heat and clutch plate wear.

Just change the actuator oil if you have already changed the transmission oil.. Life of transmission oil is 40,000km and actuator oil life is 60,000 km according to our weather. So change these timely and you will never see any problems......

hello all, I am planning to buy a vezel. can anyone tell if only Hybrid models had this transmission issues or non hybrid had these issue too?

If the transmission is DCT, and the model is earlier than 2016/17 I think, then the issue can come up, specially with delayed maintenance of the delicate system.
Non hybrid is HRV I think, and if I remember correctly, it has CVT, which doesn’t have the same problem.

I’m talking about the Pakistani variant. I don’t think people import the non hybrid version here.
