yes then i dont think it will be much of a problem.
if u go from muree to gilyat then absolutly np.
but if u come from abotabad kalabagh side then only 1 place is problamatic in snow which is the kalabagh charhai.........

often there u need chains on tyres but the local chain walas r there so np.........

Well,
This winter I am planning to visit murree and galyaat to see snowfall on my own car,Which time period is best to go there with out any problems,Like road blockage,etc.

In this my trip... the road from Murree-Nathia Gali was blocked by one feet snow...2,3 vehicles only passed this route.. we saw only one hiace and one 4x4 during the whole day... but road from Abbotabad was opened with no snow...as most of traffic to Nathia Gali use Nathia Abbotabad route... Iss route pa snowfall bhi kam hoti ha... Due continous traffic the road remained opened. Tyers say rasta bana rahta ha... Army people bhi yehi route use kartay hain instead murree route...

At the Changla Gali is most snowy point. It is the highest point on Galyat Road.. Even chains also not working on hiace... in this area... Changla to Kuza Gali, Dunga Gali and Nathia Gali is very much snow... The snow clearing bulldozer also not working proper... Just dang tapao...

On that day... I reached Murree at 7.00am but only heavy rain in murree. no snowfall... so decided to go nathia gali on public transport hiace. The snow started from Khaira Gali area... on the road there was no traffic.. and it was very hard time... only 4x4 suitable... at that day it was a blizzard there.. approximate 1 feet snow...

I recommend that select only one location Murree or Nathia Gali... If murree than go direct from Isb..

If nathia, then go via Abbotabad...

Well,Thanks Rana sab for kind information.Coming from Abotabad will take a long time ,And by this route may be i will not be able to come to murree.But From Murree i think i can go through public transport in galyaat ,,, But in snow season i think LUCK does metter !!:D:D;),
