Do we Need any special permission for any points in Deosai or any other Area from Army?

Salam all Gurus! just want to know if Babusar was open by 5th June in previous years or not.... as I would be for sure on KKH on 7th June 2014 I need some reliable contacts who could guide me as and when needed... I would be on 4x4 LC and seek some travel guide... would appriciate to have some contacts in this regard.. currently i seek all types of guidance regarding my travel plan for gilgit, hunza, skardu, deosai , FM and Astore , Naran etc....

whole of the North meets ur criteria but u can't visit whole (in 10 days)- so better select some main spots & then gather info.

It is being told that from Trashing to Rupal or Rupal View Point is 2 Hours trekking one side. (Is it Rupal Village or Rupal Village View Point at 2 hours trekking time from Tareshing?)

Is it worth to only go to Rupal View Point or one should further go to Rupal Village?

Also confused about that there is any Specific Nanga Parbat View Point at Rupal? If yes then trek time from Trashing to that point.

Or the Nanga Parbat view point is BC (Polish camp , i think it is called so) - 5 to 6 hours trek time one side?

Plz explain about this.

Any respected member has phone number of Jeep Driver/Source (reliable person) etc from Jaglot/Astore?

rupal village say agay polish base camp hai NP ka called kerling hoffer BC...... it is 4 hrs trek form trashing village

yes u can reach rupal village in 2 hrs... jahan tak NP dekhany ke bbat hjai wo tu trashing say bhe nazar ata hai

Dear gurus. I am interested to go on trekking to dudipatsar lake via noori top and saral lake. Can anyone plz guide me about that route. And i am planning to go in second week of july. Is this gud time to go?? I also want to hike in snow . But its my first trek. Hoping for reply.

yes u can go around Nanga Parbat and cross Mazeno pass and then polish basecamp then reach trashenig...... then astore

yes you can,, it will be snowy/ glaciated ..crossing seral gali will be tough. route will be... jalkhad to a bitmore thanmid way to noori top to seral valley, to seral gali to dudipatsar lake to besal...

if it is your first trek, not recomended without any experienced trekker or must get reliable porters and guide.

yes there is an almost unknown trek from jail village ahead tatu to rama valley a difficult one (2 days)
