I didn't include any trekking but if u r interested then small treks can be done.
Overnight to Pindi and then full day journey to Chitral. See if u can reach Kalash on same day otherwise next day.
Day 2 and 3: Kalash Festival in different sub valleys
From here onwards, it depends if u travel on public transport or on a hired vehicle. There are lots of beautiful places to stop on this route which deserve attention but it is not possible on public transport. If you can afford then hire a vehicle and enjoy every bit of these 2 days journey.
Day 4: Chitral to Mastuj. Explore Qaqlasht on your way.
Day 5: Mastuj to Gilgit. Lots of stuff on this route. Sor Laspur, Shandur Pass and Lake, Handrup, Phandur and Phandar Lake, Khalti Lake, Gupis, Ghankuch and then Gilgit.
Day 6: Naltar Valley and lakes
Day 7: Gilgit to pindi to Lahore
Lahore-pindi-Chitral on piblic transport
Then hired vehicles between Chitral and Gilgit.
Gilgit-Pindi-Lahore public transport.
If u want to do overnight trek then visit Handrup Lake is a wonderful destination from Handrup village before Phandur. It is a 2 days return trek.
You can trek to upper Naltar Lake as well.
