U can trek till Shounter village from Kel side it is fairly easy trekking of almost 2-3 hours. If u wish to enjoy jeep ride public jeeps are available from kel till shounter village. If u want to reach shounter village from Astore side u have to cross shounter peak which is very challenging and difficult For any guidence u can contact me

hey! awesome trip i must say, we are planing a trip khi to isl, isl to raikot, raikot to fairy meadows, rest is the same as u did and we have slightly change of plan at the end astoor to naran. Is this possible can we go naran from astoor easily any transport you recommend would be great and also you can give us some suggestions.

I know its been a long time but I wanted to ask some questions.
How much did you pay for Astore to Deosai and back to Astore? And how much did you pay for hotel in Astore and which hotel was that?

We paid 15000 from astore to deoasi than back to astore and next day from astore to Mir Malik Village (last village of GB towards kashmir from Shounter Side)
At Astore we stayed at Guest House of Forestry and paid 1500 for room
