one more mishap also belonged to our Punjab Police at Rasool Barrage Police Chowki, they stopped us and checked our documents, after checking when they couldn't find any vulnerable thing, they made excuse that on muharram doubling is not allowed so we are not going to proceed you from here, after some debate my friend gave him 500 Rps to get rid of it.
Rasool Barrage is good place to see, we met Mr. Rashid there he is govt employee very nice humble man and doing his duty on Barrage, on return we told him the whole story of police man, he showed anger on them, offer us for hunting ducks and swan when the season will come.gave us cell number but unfortunately we lost it.
from Rasool Barrage to just 3 km before Misri Mor road condition was worst on that time, skit our bike many times as road was slippery due to sludge.
once we reached khewra around 10:30, guard said visit khewra before 12 as if u proceed to katas temples as roads will be blocked due to Muharram procession, it was our luck that on 9th Muharam Mine was open for public, important thing environment was beautiful, peace full not such crowed as normal days.we took some pictures over there as mine friend never visited salt mines before.
at 11:30 we left khewra Mines and moved forward towards Katas Raj Temples..we reached katas at 12PM without any hassle, seen many auto's jeeps van's with full of people went for procession.
we took break fast on Katas Raj Temple some Dhabba type hotel "al ajaeb" if m not wrong. visited Katas Raj till 2pm,then we moved towards Dhok Tahlian Dam, beautiful location peaceful environment nice view to see. even saw 1,2 boats there for tourists, almost 30 mins of sight seeing we moved forward to Kot Raja Dam, road condition was enough good to ride a bike there with 70 km/h , link road was also in good condition ,, just 1/2 km patch that leaded upto the Dam was not good, kacha dirty track. lil bit disappointment after that,, Dam was not so big,but it was good, tasali dil ki ,, kuch explore tu kiya...
