Very nice and educational trip.
Now we know there are more places to visit in our great land, than only the Northern Areas (no doubt those are also nice).
Those Mughlistanis ... (forefathers of Pakistanis) really knew how to build recreational places, civilian infrastructue (mosques, courhouses, etc.) and Palaces.
Those were built to last. Look at them, they are still in-tact and functioning.
Amazing... These 400+ years old structures are still standing. Shows about the level of Commitment, Passion, Honesty and dedication our ancestors had in building of our nation in the past. Taj Mahal, Badhshahi Mosque, Mughal Gardens all over the subcontinent, are living testimony of this.
We can do it again... The Motorway is a good start, althought a bit of Korean help was needed in the beginning but it is now being built by FWO (Frontier Works Organization of Pakistan). The QA Airpot in Karachi, and AI Airport in Lahore are another examples, along with Centaurus Tower (Most luxurious Hotel in all of South Asia), being built by Pakistanis in Islamabad.
Our nation is rising again. Insha-Allah. Yes, there are challenges, but none too steep to be ceased ultimately.
