sir jee ! i ve travelled till muzafffarabad , garhihabibullah.never go to neelum valley. i want to know some information for family tour with 3 year kid.
1- from mzd to karren or mzd to per chenassi ? road condition and time requirments?

2- family hotels/rest house and their conditions?

3-best month to travel ? mosam conditions?

At what distance is Pir Chinasi from Muzaffarabad and how much time it takes?

From MZD to keran it is around 90km and drive of 3hrs. From mzd to pir chinasi it is around 30 km and drive of 1.5hrs. road condition is good with exception of few bad patches. there is only one rest house in Saraan just before pir chinasi and there are two rest houses/ hotel in keran. conditions there are average. travel time is good now a days. mzd is hot but weather in neelum and pir chinasi is good
