Although u r back now, i wud have loved to give u a warm welcome to sargodha if i wud hav been there.
Sargodha is a small city, most ppl think its a village,nd it almost is.but its really peaceful over there.i havent seen a traffic jam in sargodha for years 
the furtherest place in the city is 10mins drive away.People are socially very active n supportive (although not well educated most of the times) and welcome guests wid a warm heart.
AFC is the best place in sargodha for fast food.there r other options too, like Fri-chicks and Almaida.
If u visit again, just let me know, inshallah i'll be there n wud also show u some places for finger licking food
