Reached Nomal in 1 hour and tried to hire a 4x4 but it was GB elections day and almost all the vehicles were occupied. It was bit tough for a hiace to go but we tried our best and reached till lower naltar.
On our way found a 4x4 inside Naltar stream! They must have been trying to climb the steep mountain as well in that 4x4.
