Its your axle, replace the "Ball Joint" of that side only and do NOT go for repairs, just REPLACE it. Your mechanic will take a test drive and tell you which side is it.

[b] if its axel then why doesnt it comes when the car is at rest? he is saying the sound comes when he turns and while turning u give indicator and that is the switch which gets in touch with indicator rod and when u re rotate the steering it closes ...yar ITS JUST LIKE A SWITCH ON THE WALL !!!![b] if it is from Axel then why does the sound comes from steering? one more thing when u turn the car while indicating, does the indicator rod also moves up and down with tuck tuck?

Yar i think i should give some mobile oil in the rod that connect the steering wheel with the tyres. kesa hai ?

Well................ladies & gentlemen, i got it repaired today !
It was the steering rack(KANGI) that was causing noise. According to machenic, when the car pass through the water, the water damaged the rack by entering in it and cause rust.
Anyway, they put a new bearing in it and did some lathe machine work and filled lot of grease in it and now no more noise.
Charges: lathe machine work...............400 + laboure charges ..........300. Total= Rs. 700.

lolz @ all the replies reffering to axle.

i knew to sum extant that it was steering rack which causes that kindda problem.

Axles or Might be Shocker Mountings...!
Its also makes tak tak sound when bearing inside got dry or something goes wrong...
CV joints mostly makes this kind of sound when they are bad....!
