hi friends i have some problem in my 2009 corolla xli , etcs in petrol its god rpm 800 but when i convert it to cng its rpm down to 500 and vibrate stering and every time i push the brake engine is shut off i check its tapites clearenc it ok change spark plug and air filter but problem is still . can anybody have any idea what is the problem and how can i increas its idle to 700 or 800

ah i am back sory guys the past months were real tier some just got finished with my bros project now to my own
there is a shop in isb who gave me a price check on 5afe he said bring in your car started and take it away with 5afe started 60k with my 2e engine
so plz plz plz can some one tell me the prices of
5afe 4afe 7afe
half cuts are prefable if not engine transmition wireing

but i have a question as the fuel prises are skyhight i have a 4efte charade and i want to run it on cng when i dont want to race but there is the turbo problem can i do some thing like thing if i want to race i should hit a button then the turbo should turn on and if i dont want to race again i should press a button the turbo shuld turn off

Turbo is a mechanical device so not possible.The only solution with CNG is run low boost.A member SAMAR243 is having 12 13km/litre in his ee90 on 4efte which seems to be reasonabale on such a motor contact him and check wht settings is he running he told me hes running 0.7bar.
Yet if ur runiing a highflow fuel pump why dont u replace it.Either go for twin fuel pumps.Switch on the other whenn boosting high.

guys one more question why do efi cars need to star on petrol and then cng y cant they directly start on cng like the carby cars can

running on cng
mileage is 84187km
i want to know how can i increase its pick,speed etc without changing engine,means in lower cost.....

change the intake the pluges the coil for good responce use cultas coil change the spark pluges and do some ground wiring if you have a sound system
for in takes go for the smota intake coz its cheap
remove all the dholkies from underneath the car and get a free flow exaust
let see wht other members advise you

2)if their r tappets then after how many kms, is compulsory to tune engine?, if the car is missing on high rpms.or computer engine can automatically adjusts it?.

Most engines have tappets.

Whether adjustment is needed or not depends on the design. Old style tappets need adjustment regularly. Hydraulic tappets do not. Shim-under-bucket type tappets last a very long time, but cannot be adjusted and need replacement shims of the correct thickness.

What specific engine do you have in mind?

That is a workaround, but understandable if new shims are not available. The only problem is that the finish is not as smooth or durable, and then the life of the shim-under-bucket design is reduced greatly.

2.lets say if there is a inline 4 cylinder engine 4.0 liters output 400hp
and there is a v6 or a v8 4.0liters output 400hp which one is better and lets supose the engines weight the same

i know but i didnt ask anybody these question before because i know they will say you are a car fanatic and you dont know these simple question shame on you i searched the internet but didnt find a right answer and these question were spreading in my mind like wild fire

1. The quoted displacement is always the sum total. Therefore, for a V-8 of 5.0 liters displacment, each cylinder is 5000/8 = 625 cc, but for a V-6 of 5.0 liters displacement, each cylinder is bigger at 5000/6 = 833 cc approx.

2. In general, more cylinders will give an engine more smoothness, and it is easier to develop more output. These gains have to weighed against increased cost, complexity and weight.
