lol...i think i hav ur answer too....aman(h22 civic karachi)sent his car to HPR of an allmotor setup...heeehhe...b4 he was getting 150whp and after spending 3lacs his car was producing 170whp :D....i think u shuld rather opt for NOS....it would cost u max 30k...and u'll be able to run 60 shots(engine friendly on stock internasl) easliy...60 shot means 60whp addition...

H22 and turbos dont go together nicely on stock internals with dialy driven. Id personally lower the compression before doing anything.

Agar front par jaga hai to turbo lag sakta hai warna nae. That seems like a tight fit as it is

If you want more power for drags only then get a Wet Shot nitrous kit. Get some n/a mods alongwith it i.e. bigger throttle body, headers, cold air intake etc

Bro u cant open more boost on h22 or if u change internals in tht case u also cant open more boost.You have to coat its block n it will be only coated in USA n den u can open more boost by putting internal.

Max boost on stock internals 8psi on safer side 7. Cams will spoil ur idel at lower rpm and cams just give 20hp.
Go for piggy back gain is also 20hp but in 40k. cams cost 80k. What hp do u have in mind. U should go for turbo on 7psi gain is 50whp , dont forget to install oil cooler with intercooler, it might save ur engine and add its life. :d Best of luck. (y)

Stock internals and 7psi is heresay. I've personally run a Stock B16 motor with untampered compression to a good 10 psi AND with 50 shot nitrous (WET), did'nt blow up on me! Fuelling's the key word here.

you can run 10 psi depending on the gas and cooling systems. If you live in Karachi say near Saddar and drive 2 miles in that traffic and 40 degree heat than good luck with even 7 psi surviving for an extended time.
7-8 psi which normally given the quality spike to 9 or 10 any ways is a safe set up. If you dont have proper fuel management and you are running FRP's etc than stick to that and you will have a car that you can have fun with.
However if some one can tune a piggyback or such , you can than boost a little higher on stock internals. Honda's with aluminum blocks are not bad but they are not great either under severe boost, that is why most people sleeve or in the minimum use strengthened rods and pistons.

Boosting is about balance, you cannot just do one thing, you have to keep the entire system properly balanced.

IN karachi a mate used to run a D16 @ 18psi wiht nitrous on all stock internals. Engine blew up after 7-8 consecutive runs wihtout stopping ... done on purpose lol

How can you gain 20hp with JUST a piggyback ? Its not like a piggyback works its magic on the stock engine now does it ? Its better if he chips the ECU giving him much more stable tuning options than a piggyback.

Boosting a dialy driven H22 with no prior knowledge of the abuse the engine has had before the swap, id rather not.
