i m also confused on exactly the same thing what u said,that is not to ruin my current setup until it becomes weak or starts giving me any problem,then the idea comes that why not to buy some old car like 88 rolla which i like alot or 95 civic and have a swap but yet i love my vitz may be because of its safety features because safety comes first!and on the speeds these monster engines provide,safety is must.
liked the project ur friend did with his 88 rolla.BTW is he still selling his 88?
and can u pls give me a rough estimate on complete installation of 4efte and 4age 20v on these cars,if i m not wrong the price of 4efte is around 60k and 4age is around 80k.

if you want to go for a swap then i'd suggest a 3SGTE over any other engine,.. if you can get it to fit and work...

guys car is vitz it will already fly with 4efte, 3sgte no 4 vitz.
@poster.bro as said above mounts can be arranged np but first its better convert to manual trans and go for NA setup.and use the same engine cz replacing ur new engine is not a good idea just lots of money spilling thats it cz if u swap engine normally u do so when ur engine has either gone crap or it has lost much of its life when u have ur new engine at its peak then y to change,rest is ur choice but its better if u go NA with a manual transmssion.

bro anything overdone is fatal simple.Yet these cars with safety options like air bags ABS etc are safe and this model of vitz is MashaAllah tough.Yet motors like 4EFTE or max 1nzfe are best options to be swaped in.
