It was our last evening in Turkey. We have our flight to Pakistan via Istanbul next morning. So we try to capture as much as we can.

You need international driving licence for that. Keep in mind that its left hand country.

Yes i know i had a one time experience of LHD in dubai for a day .
Well i am going for a week along with my 1 friend do you recommend road trips and can tell me must visit places / cities there ?

In my opinion, Capadoccia and Istanbul are must going cities. Hot Air Balloon ride and Bosporus cruise ride at night are must doing activities. Rest is your own choice. Don't mix up with locals. No friendship recommended with locals including Russian tourists.
