Just came to back home from neela gumbad.
They insisted me to keep using the tire as it is because according to them the outermost layer is damaged.
They denied replacing it as it was damaged by some sharp object they said. However they said that they can get it repaired for me.

I found faisal town better in warranty stuff..... I got full 1year or 70k km warranty when I bough tires from faisal town 4 years ago but this time I went to neela gumbad and no one was ready to give warranty. seems j rashid is also no more trusted.

TOP Tire Faisal town was such a nice person and I was wishing to get new tires again from him but sadly he closed business....

This is the problem here. At the time of selling they act as if they are the only one loyal to you in market. And after sales service of same people is just pathetic.

Bro this is PURELY ALL YOUR FAULT.

You bought a cheaper, smuggled tyre.

A normal imported tyre of 1757013 cannot be sold below 7500/pc. You bought Dunlop for 5000/pc and still you do not know why it is so cheap.

Pakistan Tyre Importer Association circulated widely on social media that these tyres get faults when they are blended in smuggling process. But who cares when the price is 5000.

How can it be my fault??
Agar ab J Rashid jesi shops bhi smuggled Tyre sale karna shro kardein to phr hum kya kar saktai?? I went there solely on their market repute which I heard alot. And they claimed it to be genuinely imported. We as a consumer had no other option but to believe. He showed me two types of Dunlop one for 5k and other for 6.5k but I chose this.

You are right, J rasheed has good reviews for imported tires and I also visited him but somehow something inside wasn't satisfied so didn't purchased tires from him.
Its always good idea to go to the recommended tire shop by proper importer in karachi.
I was trying to find Kumho tires so I called lords implex karachi, they provided their sales person contact for lahore and the sales person provided contact of Lahore Tires who is 3-4 shops after J Rasheed. Kumho wasn't available so bought GoodYear and they have no issue till now.
Still after all this khwari, its luck if tires keep running good but chances of getting good product increase.
