Bro, Yaris comes with 185-60-15 tyres (use to come in Suzuki Swift), recommend size is 185-65-15, preferably 195-65-15.

Go for any tyre in both sizes.

Bridgestone techno/nextry/ecopia.

If u drive is on rough roads frequently avoid Yokohama. Rest are all good.

What about Yokohama advan db v552 and Sailun tyres?

Yokohama not recommended for u. Salun dont know much abt this brand. If Salun is Chinese brand, its better to go for Atoli / Rapid brand, my experience is quite good with them.
Dunlop / Continental will suite u well.

@snakelegnd Salam, I have Nissan Sunny 2005 ex saloon 1.3 which has 14" stock steel wheels and 175/70R14 Chinese tires. Car hits the speed breakers often at the moment. I am planning to upgrade tires/wheels, I was leaning towards 15" alloys from lenso or vossen and Michelin xm2 energy drive. What tires and rims(if makes things better) do you recommend? And would you recommend to upgrade to 15" after market alloys?

Bro. Shift to 185-65-14 or 185-70-14 size it will solve ur road clearance problem. It will increase ur car height and road grip.
Shifting to 15" rim and tyre will effect ur fuel economy and budget. Its not worth the trouble.
Keep it to stock rim size. Michellin imported is near 15k per tyre dont know the rim prices these days.
So plan accordingly

It seems 185/65R14 will decrease diameter by 0.7% and 185/70R14 will increase by 2.4%.

Alloy rims with decrease ur fuel economy as it adds weight on ur car. So if ur steel rims are Okay so stick with them until its necessary to change, than go for other options.

One last thing, given the context from the above picture, it seems 18565R14 is the most accurate option for me given the diameter variation of only -0.7%. But won't it decrease the ride height since diameter is decreasing and hence decreasing ground clearance? Also I won't be changing the rim so wheel width and offset will stay the same, will it create any problems?

Sorry i didnt noticed ur current size, optimum tyre size for u wud be 185-70-14 as 185-65-14 lowers ur height 0.1 inches. U r already having low ride issue. So go for 185-70-14. U wont be having any problem regarding rim diameter etc.

Yes that makes sense and any cons if I try to go more wider? i.e. 195/65R14 which increases diameter by 1.5%?

It will be still lower in height than 185-70-14 (0.2"), and fuel economy will go bad.

So I installed Mirage 175 70 14 tyres in my father's Vitz today from Metro DHA in Lahore. The price was 6500 per tyre and they give a warranty for 6months or 25000 km. I believe its a good deal as much lower than the price being asked ny tyre walas moreover, labour, wheel balancing and noozle changing etc are all free of cost...

Can you suggest me a tyre in 185/70R14 size. I visited the market. They have Rapid p309, sp touring R1, yokohama bluearth, and bridgestone ep150... how are the first two tires as far as the fuel economy rating is concerned. The price difference between Rapid and bridgestone is Rs.11,000. Do you think it is worth paying the money? If you can rate these tyres in this size.

Dunlop SP Touring R1, ECO and SP Sports series, and Bridgestone Ecopia EP 150 series are fair enough and value to money.

For fuel efficiency, prefer Bridgestone Ecopia series tyres. They are low rolling resistance tyres, aimed towards good fuel economy.

Prefer to buy non-smuggled, genuine and legal import tyres from authorised dealer, with manufacturing year 2020, and manufacturing date non-tempered.

If I had to choose between the given options; I'll only choose Dunlop or Bridgestone.
