I am looking good reliable tyres for mini pajero for smoother drive as well as mild of road capability its original tyres are 175 / 80 / R15 which are not available . please suggest tyres make with number if possible place to purchase at Lahore with price range , thanks

I have seen tire dealers washing dirty tires with soap and repacking them with original seals. They say they import them like this to save on custom duty. Is there anything wrong with purchasing such tires?

Tyres and Breaks are the two most important components of any vehicle and life of driver and occupants depends on the function of tyres and brakes. One should never compromise on tyres and install the right specification tyres from the from fresh production because tyres has rack life of 4 years whether you use it or not after four years manufacturer warranty is void means tyre may look new but not safe on high speeds and can burst , threads can de-laminate or de-shape . All tyres has month and year of manufacture stamped on the side wall of tyre .Most Important tyres are smuggled in Pakistan and there rack life is expired. General Tyres do not stamp date of manufacturing because there production is less than demand ,therefore they are safe to use.
when buying important tyres always check date of manufacturing and speed symbol such as S=180 Km/hour , T= 190 Km/hour and U =200km/hour. Also check maximum load carrying capacity per tyre such as digit 71 represent that tyre maximum load capacity is 345 kilogram similarly 72=355 Kgs, 73=365 Kgs, 74=375Kgs, 75=387Kgs, 76=400 Kgd, 77= 412 Kgs, 78=425 Kgs, 79=437 Kgs, 80=450 Kgs
81=621Kgs . Speed and load factor are two important factors and tyre price increases as these two factors goes up.

I pass by nila gumbad daily. Quite some times I have seen people on roadside making engravings deeper on old tires. I hope they don't sell them as new ones.

I faced the same dilemma a few months ago. There is no date on General tires.

Aap queen's road pe general tyre k office se tyre change kara lain. Company k apnat service center se. Fake tyre ya expired tyre ki b koi tension nhi ho gi. Queen's road lhr opposite ganga ram hospital.

Hey guys .. Needed some advice regarding tires and rims.

I'm based in Lahore and I've got a 2013 Honda Civic. Currently I've got the original rims on the car running on Dunlop 205/65 R15 (SP Sport LM 703). The tires are a bit worn out and one of my rims is also bent, so I'm planning on changing the rims and the tires. I want to go with the original size of 195/65 R15. My main goal is drive comfort (soft smooth ride) and also less road noise. Michelin, Bridgestone, Dunlop , Yokohama ?? Suggestions please.

Can someone suggest a good place to get the tires and rims from. Rims, I am looking for OEM Honda Civic type (Thailand made). I visited some shops in Faisal town, Saif traders and a few others but am not satisfied whether they actually are genuine, smuggled, repurposed or what ?

If u are based in Lahore luckily i have found a really good and professional shop which never let me and my friends down during last several years .. u need to call Mr hassan 0321-4111121 of Rims and Rings tyre house located in Johar town and your problems will be solved with good quality origional products and at reasonably good price . enjoy

I checked UK site but there no xm2 model is present
