Tyre suggestions

Hello Experts,

I have a 2021 Honda City 6th Gen 1.5, currently running on Yokohama tires with 66K km. These tires have about 50% tread remaining but are prone to punctures from nails. The tires were manufactured in 2021.

Given my budget constraints, I’m looking for recommendations on a good tire brand that is comfortable, soft, and durable enough for trips to northern areas.

Also please tell me if i should keep my yokohama which are stil 50% and 3 year old tyres?

Suggestions are welcome from experts or individuals with personal experiences

if the tires are driven 66k, then its time to change them. It doesn’t matter either they were 3 months old or 3 years old.

Because Tires & Brakes is something you should never compromise on.

But don’t use over size tires in city because it will turn your steering hard and will affect the fuel consumption too.

but the tyre thread is still 60% remaining and there are no such cracks etc in tyre... the indicator is still around 5mm remaining

Then keep using these tyres for next 5-6k km with some caution, and regularly check them for any cracks/wear & tear on monthly basis.
Yes Yokos are very soft puncture prone tyres.

I need to go north side... Can i do it with them or replacement is must? also pls suggest cheap option as yoko is out of budget now
