I've one reservation on the location though... its a great place to be but by that time (6:O0pm onwards), it will be fully packed since there is no proper parking area except for the hard shoulder.... I don't think many of us can find a place to park..

to me, it might feel or seen as unorganized..

Yes it is fully packed on Atlantis side! But we're not going there, we'll go towards West Cresent, where we've lots of free parking space. To double-check this I was specially there at venue, same time on last Friday.
We'll have to cope with straight parking along road though we'll try for slight diagonal parking.
Don't worry boss, it won't look unorganized.
We'll have space for parking, InshaAllah.

if we park our cars straight then there will be never ending line and then its gonna be tooo stretched , so little diagonal would be cool

jst an opinion how abt if we could park our cars in dubai marina , umm opp the bbq tonight resturant near the beach but i am guessing that would be full, if we reach at 6
