dear admin pakwheels and pakwheelers i think we all ppl must have a link or some space in web site where people can post there problems regarding banks, we must expose banks working in pakistan and we should tell the peppoles about bank frauds.banks in pakistan r realing loting inocent peoples through credit cards, personal loans and autoloans through big interest and mnay other things. A program must be onair on either GEO or other channel in which we expose them.

first of all try to find out your car is really sold out or not.
UBL gathers all their repocessed cars at a big big plot at clifton near 2talwar opposite to sofitel tower construction site.
just try reach that place somehow.
my city was repocessed once after i jaust missed one installment and after paying the due installment they returned my car which was parked at the same plot.
there was around 100 repocessed cars standing in that plot at that time(2 years ago)
but they did no sell my car.
and i think your car must also be parked over there.

i contacted the officiels and higher mangement. the car is not sold yet pppl over there just were making me fool.now my total outstanding is 640000. but they r demanding 680000. Pre payement penality+pocession charges and lots of other hidden charges what to do know.

u have to pay jawad, i have also enquired that, ubl itself have this in contract that 20k for re-pocession charges and etc , but there is no way on earth they can repossess and sold u car before 3 months, till 3 months they will keep on informing u that ur payment is late , but they can't take it away from u ........ thats wat UBL head office islamabad told me

Check your contract- if there's ANYTHING that they've done that violates the terms, then it's a breach of contract and you can sue them for shitloads of money. Please take wise steps and stop saying that "it isn't fair" Pakistan ISN'T fair and it's a dog eat dog world. Best thing to do- become the smart dog and eat the rest of them. Refer to your contract and screw the "contact" in UBL. Only resort to that as a final option. first do all you can in your power to get to the bottom of this. This isn't normal at all. Banks are supposed to give warnings in the form of written documents before they get rid of your car.

have u lodge the FIR ? against them, as they can't repossess the car before 90 days so u can say they forcefully took ur car and there were lots of cash like 500 or 600k + gold items, mobile etc , make a long list and F**k them as per other members advice,

let me tell u another thing,

these days banking sector's collection dept is in troubles, they hired up professional notorious guyz for this job, they threat ppls and makes ther life miserable,
A person somewhere in pak,(may b khi) , had loan of 150k from bank, and his installment was not payed on time, the bank ppls used collection dept to threat a guy , makes his life living hell, he was a father of 3 kids, he did sucide , hanged himself.

this case is putted in assembly and now a days banks are in real trouble due to these kinds tricks they do to ppls, loogoon kay trillions kay loan maaf ho jatay hain aur uss garib ki zindgi 150k par waste kar dii en loogon nay.

if u take this matter seriouslly and screw them with all efforts, might they pay u back , ur all loan will be waved off. instead that amount which u put in FIR that they took along with ur car , they will give it back ....... otherwise , they can say again with smily face, they made a fool of u.......

i think this sort of thing doesn't happen in karachi. My Cousin was ubl autoloan defaulter since last six months for SE saloon 2005. he has just disconnected his tracker device and was having the car, last monday he sold his car and delivered too. after having token money in his hands, he went to the bank and cleared all the outstanding dues and cleared the car from bank.

Contact SBP or banking mohtasib & lodge a formal complaint....

Ppl..even when u open an account in the bank u sign a portion "COPY RECEIVED & ACCEPTED". its an SBP (State bank of Pakistan) requirement that customer must be provided with a copy of the a/c opening form he filled n signed. but 99% of us dont bother abt getting this copy. Pls do obtain a copy of every agreement/document u sign either with a bank or any other transaction u make with any other organization.its ur right & if someone refuses to give u a copy ask him that u'll complain to complaint cell SBP.

They're not giving you a copy of the contract?!!? F*CKERS!! You do all you can to get a copy of the contract. They're violating SO many terms it's not even a joke anymore....

Unfortunately,you will be better off paying what the bank has demanded .. you can negotiate a little. Going to court will be a waste of time.
Of late, UBL's auto financing (along with some other banks auto dept.) has taken a severe hit. That's just their policy of no tolerance.
Pls negotiate quickly -- they will sell you car!
