UBL WIZ is best then all other cards simply to use and easy to access.
UBL Debit cards suck. Two days ago, I tried to pay for hosting online and 45 dollars charged from account and card was declined. Tried again and again and just 1 dollar was kept deducting from account. Wasted so much money on there dysfunctional service.
No procedure at all. Just call at their helpline and order.
I have ordered one for me. Hopefully i'll get in couples of days.

I have used UBL Wiz for many times and never faced any issues.
I have paid exams fee and bought some stuff from aliexpress
ACCA fees and Ali Express are not the only things online. For these two Wiz works, for others rarely. Now don't tell me more as online business is my core earning and i use cards often. I can list the sites where UBL Card failed.
Besides after reading positive reviews of MCB Lite, I have applied for that and I am hoping I will receive card in next few days and that won't fail me.
I didn't pay ACCA Fees. It's for FPRC Exams fee. I have used it for other online stores too. Inshort, i never faced any problem. That's my experience with it.
Anyway, i have also applied for MCB Lite last week and now waiting for my card.
If sometime it decline try after some time not again and again and then remember if market rate of dollar is 104 UBL Wiz will charge 113 from you or more.

In any case while paying USD$50 from UBL Wiz get ready to pay 500 Rupees extra to them.
Bro, i have paid upto $1000 USD for many times and they deducted the actual amount.
I'm not saying, you are wrong but i never face such problems.
Have you ever check exchange rate they are using in your Wiz card, if not then check your statement, they are always using high exchange rate.
Market exchange rate is 104 they are using 113 with 1 dollar.
I used to use it when USD was around 80. And they charged me the same rate. In recent times, i have paid around 40 with UBL Master Card and they charged me the same market exchange rate.
