Is service reliable?

I saw too many negative comments on Facebook page about their service and I myself have a bad experience that my nearest branch has malfunctioning Lite system since 2 months and also it took them few months to deliver Lite card. They lost my previous card in transit (Before it reached me), and then charged me fee for replacement too. Lol

delivery / activation / recharging could be a headache because of incompetent Nalaik working at MCB.
