Ufone Balance drop

O shit, No wonda my balance goes every 2nd day. Cuz by mistake I activated the packages and now there is no freakin way to deactivate them. U sucks big tym man.

yaar how to deactivate the utne service? i called 333 and they said we cannot do it, follow the menu. But I wasn't able to find the utune option and call to 333 is 1.20 rupees per min :S

Same happened to me 2 years back. Just ask them to disable info services.

It says "wrong subscriber status. You cannot deregister the service". This is the message I got when I sent unsub to 666. What does this means and what should I do now?

Same problem here..

I use ufone as a secondary connection.
But everytime I load the amount it just disappears without even making a call. Stopped using it and threw the sim out :P.

I don't know why they activate the info service. Furthermore they don't agree their mistake that they have forcefully activated the info service.
All the blame of balance drop finally go into the account of users.

Same Happened To Me Last Friday When I Load 100rs Card In My Prepaid Account Using Card...Network Was Quiet Down So After So Many Attemps...It Just Load Card ....After 2 3 Hours...I Did 1 Sms And After That..When I Do 2nd...It Just Say You Don't Have Enough balance..I Checked And I Have 0 Balance....Call CS....ANd They Simply Deny...Move Complain Forward And Then Say Its All Ok..!!

The 100rs Card Is Gone Nowhere....I Think It Was Just me But Its All Over...!!

Looks Like The Time Have Come For Ufone To Get Down....!! They Are Really Robbing...!!

I really apoligize on behalf of my company , i m employe of ufone .i do understand ur problem ,u have actiated life value pakcge 500 balnce must be account for activation for this package ,validty for this pakcge is 30days ,ur 500amount is reserved amount and u have to use according to ur pakcge in validty of 30days ,it should be posiblty that u ave chaged ur pakcge to another one so thats y ur reserved amount expired with pakcge change ,as u told u call help line they r saying about pending charges of info servies ,then agent has not given u correct information if e said like that .for more i can do for u is i will check my self all details .do let me if u need any help.

i think u should use the help of IMOOO who is in Ufone and mentioned that he can help. There might be some problem or some issue, which he should be able to resolve.

same is the problem I am suffering for long and when I ask that u fone chap he says u need to come to the franchise to deactivate this daily deduction of info services which I never activated.once one of my friend just want to inquire about a service if it suits him then he will activate, so when he inquire for that the computer generated voice ask him that if u want to activate press so and so button but my friend leave that and vent out from that menu. after some time when he checked his balance, u fone (ALI BABA) has deducted a large sum of money from his account.

as per my knowledge "info services" are activated when u sign up at their web site and opt for info services. the daily cahrges are minimal, even if they had not deducted for a month the bal should not go down to zero from Rs 500/-

I am using ufone since 2002 and they do have some serious issues with regards to bal. I cahrged rs 1000/- and used GPRS using around 2 MB and next morning I was surprised to see that Rs 300/- had been dedected. the support personal was adamant that the system is computerised and all is good. I insisted on registering complaint . after 24 hours i was told that nothing was wrong... but i pressed on and made multiple complaints and threatened to approach their head office. They still insisted that deduction was valid but after a week they on their credited back some Rs 260+

Now what do u guys suggest how ufone is performing
