Ultrasonic injector cleaning

i think Liqui Moly offers injector cleaners which are to be added to the fuel tank-if i am not wrong. I have seen some good feedback about this product in the past however, do not remember exactly. Has anyone used it lately? or maybe somebody can try it and share results.

@homayoon best method of cleaning off the car ultrasonic cleaning.... i havent heard anything good about in tank cleaning yet

No ultra sonic cleaning in pindi / isl as far as i know, but still other electricians or mechanics are doing this job .. find an electrician/mechanic who has adapter (providing elect to injectors) made for this purpose only a careful person would do that, others just simply use open wires for the purpose which is highly risky .. not many adopters are required for the brands available in Pakistan but not everyone has got them

@Skill the workshop is a bit shabby in appearance but they have most of the latest equipment but the eye catching things are the injector diagnostic and servicing machine and the car scanner and they know what they are doing. the staff is very friendly to me. i had a good experience so far

I have Tried Liqui Moly Injector Cleaner for My Prado 2007 TZ. Had a starting problem, it took long thrust of engine to start and gave a puff of smoke. After Using Liqui Moly in a tank 75% full of High Octane i am surprised to see the difference. My mechanic offered to change the injectors to which i thought to just have a experiment with Liqui Moly. The bottle is of Rs: 750/- and available at Good Oil Store Like Tariq Oil in Johar Town Lahore and it's effect lasts for 2000 Km.

@umair If you are getting immediately better responsiveness from adding an injector cleaner, it's probably because the cleaner is raising your octane level. If a higher octane gas is readily available in your area, this should be something worth considering or you should try off the car injector cleaning for a permanent solution.
