So finally its an issue from long time.

Since the mods are not responding to the request of so many members who are unable to change their Profile photo, below I am posting the stepwise procedure:

At the top right of the page click on Welcome your login name (for example welcome AAVenturer)

A drop down menu will appear

Click on “Profile”

“My Profile” page will appear

Click on “Choose File”

Browse the file that you want to load / change as your Profile Picture

At the bottom of the page click “SAVE CHANGES”

The new Profile picture will now be uploaded & saved.

go to home page, there you'll see Welcome (yourname) click on that and go to profile setting
