We always complain that people don't use these padestrian bridges, well in this case I don't blame them. Kudos to these kids taking a risky route and showing to be more responsibility.
this bridge is built also for morotcycles. as they made ramp on this.
The ramp in picture above is not for the motorcycles. The ramp is always on pedestrian bridges for wheel chairs, baby strollers.
there are new bridges on ferozpur road lahore with quiet bigger ramps then these and are meant for bikes specificaly to make u turns as its a signal free road

Confused about caption on the photo,who's the problem here,biker aka motorist abusing the bridge built for pedestrians or the concerned department for building a bridge so pedestrians can cross the road safely!!!
