Happened today at 0735 AM. A female was crossing Islamabad Highway from Ghouri Town towards Faiza Colony. Somehow lady was unable to spot a biker and similar situation was with biker. Collision happens and female was injured, blood seen on spot.

Real problem, me willing to rescue her and to bring her to hospital, but people on spot restrict me that in prevailing law and order situation, you will be held responsible in hospital and you entire day will be wasted. Me a working person can't afford. Any legal expert may help or comment, what to do in this situation. I was really feeling guilty that, despite having vehicle and will, I was unable to help ..

Just consider God forbidden if it were you who was lying injured.

I have helped quite a few.. Never faced such situations.

Once in hospital after a hour or so would call relatives and I would leave. No issue with police or others.

ALLAH sbko maaf kary.. my chachoo had an accident on bike in canal road lahore and he badly injured and went to comma on spot.. 2 college guys bring him to general hospital Neuro ward emergency and stay there and contact us with data they get from mobile.. they stay there for hours with us and also come to meet us for many days... my chachoo recovered from comma after 2 brain surgeries..those boys were like frishty for our family... they didnot face any police chakar or etc..nor general hospital do any police chakar... by that day i promise my self will help everyone who is in this situation no matter what i have to waste to safe one precious life..

In Islamabad its easy to call 1122 and handover to them. They take care of all things. Just call to them and stay untill they arrive.

I had the most disturbing experience with a white Dawn News DSGN Vehicle in Islamabad on Monday, November 7, 2016 at 8:40am. I was heading to office and next to the President Sectt. road, there is a barrier in the middle of the road. I had the ugly experience of being stuck in front of the white dawn vehicle - REG: AYJ-431, whose driver was honking and blinking his headlights like a mad man, while on the other side of the road, I had barriers which I could not move into. I gave him an indication from inside the car that there are barriers to the side, but he was in a mad rush and kept honking and driving like crazy. He also side swiped my car while overtaking, while driving dangerously close.
