Considering current price of 1.5T and given the (general) lack of confidence in the market on its engine, i would not be surprised if I dont see too many 1.5T around. In fact I am yet to see any facelifted turbo here in Lahore, while i often see facelifted Oriels.
On the road price of 1.5T is totally unjustified.
Also de-tuned or not, its a Direct Injection engine, and DI engines have tons of issues even abroad in 1st world countries where fuel quality standards are much much higher. Problems include from carbon build up to injector clogging to cat-con problems to say the least.
In that regard, I hope IMC has enough sense not to give their newer 2.0 DI here, though secretly I wish they did along with that new CVT that includes Launch Gear.
IMO, they will carry over existing 1.8 and if they feel too much fearless, might give the newer CVT transmission.
