May be they introduce minor changes just to boost sales similar to 1.3 variants last year. For example, they offered first 1000 customers will be given infotainment system upgrade free of cost, if they want. Likewise, thereafter, they offered free registration on 1.3 units and then 1 lac discount if bought through specific banks. And finally after 1st quarter, story of 1.3 came to an end.
Considering past, may be they introduce some minor changes prior to launch of 12th gen. introduction of cvt in 1.6 is hard to digest at this point in time, in my opinion.
