its installed just as power source, you can charge phones from it or any thing, i mainly intend to charge mp3 player on the move while on drive on long routes.

they say that if you want to uplift a backward area, just connect it with road/rail road network and there will rise unlimited opportunities,

Mahmood bhai you can make PCB yourself.
Buy circuit board, the one which have copper on one side.
Buy a sticker sheet, you wont be needing the stickers but the yellow slippery side on which there was sticker.
Design your circuit in Proteus (ISIS) and export it to ARES and then make adjustments and wiring. Export its graphic file. Print it on the sticker sheet from any shop who have Laser printer. Dont touch it else the design would be scratched.
Cut the circuit board to the size you want. Rub Grit paper on the copper side randomly just a little.
Now put the sticker sheet facing downwards to copper and then iron it for around 5 7 minutes. You can peal slowly from side and can see if the ink is struck to the copper. Once it is done. Then you have to do Etching.
Take water in a utensil which you dont want to use in future. Add ferric chloride (FeCl3) in it. Do wear gloves. Dissolve it with spoon. Dip you PCB and stir it. FeCl3 will remove the copper but will not remove the ink. Once it is done, remove the ink with petrol or kerosine oil. Its just this simple

Circuit board and FeCl3 can be bought from college road easily

This one I made, 555 timer circuit. Nowadays I am making sensor circuit, H bridge and comparator circuits for my robot

thanks bro for such a detailed reply, i googled and came to same procedure after i posted that comment, only question in my mind was the etching solution, and good to know i can get it from college road too, rest i have the laser printer at home, sticker sheet isnt any problem, little confused about the printing shall it be done on the slippery side?

and now to the drilling? what about that part, i got the drill though but i think that would be too fragile to be handled by hand held drill, whats your procedure for the holes?

Etching is the easy. Take a litter more water enough to dip the PCB. Dissolve FeCl3 in it and stir the solution. You have to stir it till you can see the ink pattern only. The copper would be removed. Now take it out and remove the ink with petrol/kerosene oil. You will see copper circuit as seen in the picture.
Printing is done on the slippery side. You have to go to some shop for the printing because the printers at home dont take the paper because of its slipperiness.
Drilling can be done by hand drill but it requires experience and skill. We have drill stands in our university which makes it quite easy.

If you do not want to wet your hands and want to work with only 2 cars
Buy two FM transmitters for car which you use to listen music with mic input and 2 mic put them in either cars and tune to the frequency the other car's module you will be having full duplex walki takies. Keep wide band gap with other rely stations for clear reception. This will be non encrypted transmission available to others as well.

I am thinking of PTT application over wifi for Droid and iOS applications. That would be real fun.
