coils rewinded - got a call from electrician! I hope it got winded perfectly .. letc c

The engine I bought was foreign used and was remarkably neat in condition and from condition or rings and piston and clutch e.t.c.. it was quiet visible that whom ever used it .. used it for very less time so we thought we are in good luck untill we saw this after opening and cleaning the magnetto and stator :

so now I have to find a Night hawk stator or get it rewinded ... this fried stator explains why this engine was put asid in early useage... the got its electronics system failed and parked the bike... phussss....

right now I am trying to find it cheap on internet but its too expensive and locally in used or new its not availabel so far... ** A SHOW STOPPER **

Stator Coils are back in business...

the Two bigger coils represent each Piston and give ignition to eacch pistion when I purchased this engine oone coil was fried and other one was also in bad shape so I got them re-wired with high quality copper wire again... though Bike can run even without these two coils but I want to make it to geniune specs.. but its a pity that just like your point system of bike is very rare so this stator is also very rare so instead of waiting for a miracle i got them rewired.

As several of my products rolled out so having extreme deadline and live support because of what I am unable to pursue what being done with the bike.. had little time last day but when I reached mechanic he was already closing so only was able to take few pics ...

Magnet , stator and pulsor all in there full glory ready to pump electrons into ignition.

The only thing left is to Fire up the engine ** EVIL SMILE **

Why dont you guys make a table to service the motorcycle - the speed of work will double at least. Tables are cheap to make in Pakistan.

yea! I agree, I dont have space at my place and the bike is fabricated at a friends shop and he is a lazy guy in these things specially.

Why dont you guys make a table to service the motorcycle - the speed of work will double at least. Tables are cheap to make in Pakistan.

Wow how much speed is that almost 130 K.M/h the meter has an error of almost 5 to 6 K.M/h from GPS. So in actual you are almost at a speed of 124 K.M./h nice. Didn't know this bike could go up to this speed. And at this speed the bike is still so stable that you even took a pic.

How was the journey? Any problems you faced with the bike or all was good? Did you go non stop from ISB to LHR........?
