Yasir Sb. its a 3rd week actually ....

And Bike will be complelety di-asemlbed for the paint Job in the end of this activity and beside that there are many tiny but very important detailing tasks pending including fitting of extended foot pegs and brake/gear shift pedals ..

1- paint Job
2 - then Wiring harness
3 - Foot Pegs
4 - Clutch and Cables
5 - Front Axles needs attention
6 - Odo and speedo working and syncing
7 - Seat Leathering
8 - Center Stand need to be extended
9 - Rear Light Fitting
10 Fitting of Air Filter!

and God know I may have still be missing some thing

On the side not after all this :

i) Rear Trunk + Fitting
ii) Leather Panniers on both side and there fitting
iii) Tank Grill
iv) Handle bag for glasses and small item
V) Cigrette Lighter installation
vi) USB charger cellphone/laptop, 12V outlet
vii) Still thinking if I am missing some thing ....

Hello,

I own a Roadmaster with an almost dead engine. I wanted to know if it is advisable to replace it with another engine of the same model or a 250 cc engine out of a night hawk. I wanted to change the entire engine because it is not a CDI, the self starter is fried and the gears are messed up too. Anyone having price ideas about overhauling or replacement? Your help would be highly appreciated. Thanks

putting anew engine is advisable if you want to enjoy good years of ridinh on it an CB250 engine would be a superb choice

Yes its a bolt on bolt swap and no idea about engine price last time a friend @han1911 swapped to CB250 engine and purchased it for 42k including every thing (engine, cdi, carb, cylencer bends, rectifier, filter ...... ) and no bigger bike is 5 shift fwd gear as far as I have seen.
