well I have suzuki mehran 2004 model.............i changed the pair of axles with chinese ones it was working fine without a noise for 1 and half years..............new china price 3500 both axles................as i count the time and heard some noise so i thought should changed the axles..........but axles were fine...........and i changed with kabli ones.........but after a few days it started noise and the first noise was due to bearings....................tauba................i changed the bearings and replaced the qabli ones with my old chinese axles.......working fine...........
the problem is mechanic u have to personally told them do it do that....tighten it.......replace it. other wise u will get nothing by replacing.......
for getting a quality ride i repair my shocks after six months check it up and down by my hands otherwise told the mechanic to to loose or tighten the shocks by giving them some air(repairing pair = 600) .....next new chamtey after one year(price pair = 1600)......chamtey ball stud area should be tighten.......check and change the bush (price*4= 80) in chamtey connected to balance rod.........changed the tie rod with new ones.........which is around 450.....now u will have a quality noiseless drive. sorry forgot to say 1st u must check the foundations of engine...they r tight not worn and engine is at right place not touching the bottom body...other wise u will feel vibration...
why i m writing this....because saw the thread and axle pricing ranging from 6 to i think 38000.....how can somebody spent so much money on mehran....and my location is swabi kpk.... usually go for mechanic i mean local mechanic in topi swabi........
