(USB + SD CARD + FM ) Player

What things do I need?
Can you make a list of all? capacitors resistors switches wires etc etc
I have to connect it with amp.
I already have a wire that connects Stereo out(3.5mm) to amp(Two channels R and L), Cant that be used?

Proper grounding will remove the NOISE
if you ground, It does not harm your amplifier
Because ..... at zero volume (in any player) input of any amplifier connected to ground.
Likly when player is off opsition (in any player) input of its amplifier connected to ground.
incase of AMPLIFIERS
INPUT CAN BE GROUNDED ANY TIME BUT,
OUTPUT SHOULD NEVER BE GROUNDED.

Secondly ALWAYS use heat sink for LM7805, (never ground input of lm7805 as it’s a Voltage Regulator not an Amplifier)

If LM7805 got burned then it act as open circuit, so no 5volt supply, player
would be off

Here is the list ;
1) One Variable Resistance (volume or Potentiometer) value 10K stereo type, different shape are available in market (pick sealed type)
2) One capacitor 1600uf 25volts
3) One capacitor 1600uf 16volts
4) If you have the above cable, then you need headphone female socket as shown below

you can easily construct by using diagrams

I have played it on Altec Lancing FX6021, result is superb.
But I will test it and compair one song on Car CD Player then the same song with this Player from USB on same CD Player

I do not have this cable, because I used FM from my CD Player not from this player
Secondly if you have this cable with male and female ends, cut near male end, use cable with its female end , you will see this cable is also shielded cable. Connect shielded with ground and main with antena as it is located, i will make a picture if you are unable to understand.

I guess sound quality is as good as CD player (depends on speakers) but the problem is; the Chinese electronics are not long lasting I won an MP3 player in a contest. It was Chinese (name Gpod lol) and I could use it just for 3 months. . . it was a gift so no worries yeh garam ho kar jal sakta ha . . .

Talking about FM modulator, its sound quality depends on;

1) Modulator Quality, there're hundred of modulator in market. Price ranges between 400 to 1800 Rupees. Good quality modulator gives better radio communication b/w radio and mp3.
and
2) FM radio, old FM radio (analogue) are not suitable for this purpose. Get a digital one with good quality.
I have a DANY modulator (w/o built in memory) which works perfect!

1) Can I use it at home with 5v DC mobile charger? as i'm satisfied with FM modulator and don't want to mess up with dash board

2) Do I have to make casing? The pictures show it comes without casing. . .

3) Can I control FM radio with RC? I see a portable speaker with Mp3+SD+FM Radio and a battery for 3 hrs backup in Rs 900. The only thing I don't like we can't tune radio with remote control. RC is for volume adjustment and Mp3 playing This is the other one:

It costs around 1200 rupees. Mp3+SD+FM radio with RC and LED display. They say it gives 4 hrs backup. But I unable to find it in Rawalpindi Saddar. Some ppl say it's the same problem; we can't tune FM radio with RC and some also say k FM quality bohat kharab ha. . . 2,3 se zeada stations nahi chalte. . .

3) your posted picture of Audionic Mobility 5. uses the same remote as shows all you have to store FM channels onec, by remote control you can chage channels
FM transmition depends upon antenna, i use TV folding antenna (which comes with TV) it tune all FM Channels with no NOISE
