I don't like to answer the question Final price Kya hai/Final kitne Mai Deni hai gadi because if I tell them they'll try to start negotiate even more after visiting the car fo example if I'm selling a car in DEMAND/ASKING PRICE would be 1.1m & I want sell it for 1m at least if I tell them that 1m is the final price then they'll try to negotiate even more !!

Currently trying to sell my Mira 06 4Dr
As of us know I tried very hard to find a decent 4Dr car in budget,
Finally got something sort of in budget & spent a lil money on it,
Now I'm getting some very shitty offer way below the price I bought it for,

The thing i've seen with Mira's its that its either a shitbox or a well-maintained car that just rolled out of the factory. There is no inbetween.

Can find one but not in DECENT condition

Don't expect miracles from PWs inspection service. In Ramadan of 2023 a friend requested me to find him an alto ags. We finalized a car in Islamabad. Car was 2015 model 2018 import ags variant 1st owner. We both were away so decided to call PWs inspection service, the report said 100% engine and suspension and some cosmetic issues. Anyways we bought the car and I took the car to a reputed PWs workshop as I know him from quite some time and asked him to do a general maintenance and tuning. He started checking things and the bill started to increase. Things that were not pointed out in the report included:
1. The suspension: both front and rear needed a full rebuild!
2. The brakes were shot! discs were badly scratched, ended up changing them too.
3. The ags unit had oil seepage.
4. We changed the engine oil and switched to 5w30, the car started to lose oil. Ended up changing the rings too!
Moral of story PWs inspection will give you some insight about the car, specially the cosmetic one however I doubt their technical abilities. Wanted to post this story along with all relevant record last year but was too busy and now I might have lost most of the details as well.

Everyones these days has this question, " Bhai jan Final kitnay ki ho jae gi ?".

Once you give the final price on call they ask for further dicsounts on the spot and if you dont disclose a final on the phone they wont visit.

This is quite strange trend, I have been observing this since an year almost.

Those type of people are mostly looking to snatch a deal then flip it into higher price. They will never give justification for discounts unless bragging about genuine paint.
A real person who is looking for car would ask if there’s room for price, then check vehicle, and then should negotiate according to flaws if found.

1) can only be checked upon dismantling, lagay lagai andaza he lagta hai.
2) again, same story as above, unless they were shot to hell and made screetching noises, they couldnt have known
3) this is a flaw, this is something that they should have pointed out
4) this is a known fact, you shouldn't switch to a thinner oil after a thick one, this always happens

1. Drive of the car says a lot about suspension. Before even dismantling suspension I was able to tell by the sounds and drive of the car that the suspension isn't good.
2. The brake pads were non existent and the rotors/discs had visible deep scratches! I guess one can definitely point it out! One is offering a car inspection services! He should be able to look at these obvious flaws.
3. Compression test! The setup is cheap and requires 0 rocket science! (The engine work was done only after conducting a compression test)
   I am not a mechanic or dealer however after buying and selling many cars these are the obvious things I can check on a car. The PWs team were very good in identifying the cosmetics issues of the car (repaints and touching) however they lacked in technical expertise which can be improved

Definitely can. I guess it variates from team to team. I have had a few reports conducted by them, they were pretty accurate. You should lodge a complaint against the team that conducted the survey for you

Oh and even if a vehicle has a healthy compression test, switching to a thinner oil will usually set the valve seals out.
Have been through that as well

I had a plan to put it for a constructive criticism, but I was awfully busy those days! and my friend! the owner of the car was more like "janay do yar aa gai gari ab khoun itni lambi fatugue karay". My whole point was you have to observe the car you are buying yourself as well for things that are often missed. PWs inspection is a good service no doubt! but it cannot be trusted blindly like we did in our case(we received the report, bargained on call, finalized a price, sent a guy with pay order and asked him to park the car in my office), I physically saw the car two weeks after the purchase!
The car was redone by a fellow PWs workshop and I sent him the report and when he saw the car he was a lil disappointed by the inspection team too.
