The seller said 42, and I gave an increased offer of 41.5. She said I will think on your offer. Today when I texted her, what you have thought on my offer? She said, I finalised the deal with someone else. She wasted my inspection money and time. I waited hours for her while i was fasting outside her house to check the car. But she did not even tell me i am selling to someone else in another price.

I think I may not get a car. I started car hunt in Jan. And its almost march.

I don't think she wanted to sell at first place. A good communication with seller would've made understanding between both parties intentions. Communication such as "why are you selling your car?" "How often do you maintain?" "How flexible is your demand?" stuff like that can help you determine whether car's worthy to inspect or not. Then it's all game in answers and body language judgement you have to do cuz you have to remember you are not buying the car, you are buying the seller.

Again from the info you’ve shared it’s all on you.

If a car is good and you’ve inspected thoroughly, why make a fuss over 50k?

It’s not a sellers responsibility to inform all those who came to check the car that it’s now sold.

Sir you need to look at right place to and price point to find a good car. I have so many clean and un touch cars in my circle. I have experience of LHR as have changed 13-14 in last 18 years. I also have experience of cars from KHI. I can show you cars of 2014-2016 within range of 100K-150K mileage having genuine bumpers even so just don't say that I am not aware and there is no difference.

Because of less rust, good roads, people generally take care of cars because of salaried class living here, better traffic to be a few reasons. I bet you don't see more clean cars anywhere else in Pakistan except Islamabad. Here I am talking about cars used in Islamabad area and not cars having Islamabad registration only.

I am in the car market for morw than 4 months actively. I cannot tell which city cars are very clean but i can tell about prices.

In Peshawar cars are very expensive,
Then ISB
Then LHR
Then KARACHI.

Nah man, KHI just has alot more cars than LHR or ISL. You can find really good cars in every city, including KHI.

By using demand & supply method basically by hoarding vehicles left right & center,
Most of the dealers have their own strong clientele list so it's easy for them to sell a Good car,
The cars we see on showrooms ON DISPLAY are not that great in terms of condition but that doesn't mean they'll sell it for anything less,

Supply and demand gap. Dealers don't hoard cars. The gaps in the market are just too big

Sir I don't want to indulge in unnecessary discussion but we are here discussing the percentage of better cars so lowest percentage of clean cars in south and that percentage increases as you move north. That's reality but you can live in denial
