OK I read it completely.
I have one question:
Do I need to change pipes too because as u see how much rust is seen in the radiator so i am sure the pipes would have rust deposition ! If so, what would be cost if change the complete piping system.

Well I don't know reliable part shops in Kara chi. I know danish motors where some of my relatives used to go there but they are very expensive say 100%

Please buy from Suzuki 3S shop, or goto auto parts market opposite preedy police station there are plenty of suzuki spare part dealers you can use your wisdom to judge the quality of item

if the pipes are really corroded than you have no choice than go for scrap parts... new metal parts I doubt would be available, but plastic parts like hose pipes etc can be easily bought from 3S Suzuki Shops.
As @capsat said prefer using the solution before changing pipes etc. Have it tested if you find some leaks or there are any problems after citric solution than go for changing metal parts and radiator if needed.

I do see a rusty water in radiator. It seems that there are lot of deposition in the pipes. where are the scrap part shops so I go and get the pipes from there?
Well this gonna be a first time i would do this recipe and I don't know If I would do this correctly or not[emoji53]

if the engine is working good, the temp stays normal and car does not heat up the citric solution process will not be any disaster at all. everything the members share over the forum is collection of different scenarios under different circumstances.

What I got to know following recipe.

• drain all existing water first.

• add citric acid small pack in 3 liter water and make a solution. pour the solution in radiator and Run a car for 20 minutes and then drain the solution completely.

• add baking soda in 3 liter water and pour in radiator and run engine for 30 mins. Drain all water.

• flush the system with distilled water 2 to 3 times until you satisfy the everything is clean inside.

Brother, i have rust on my metal hose pipes too but from outside and even then i am planning to change them and they are available at 3s shops and are cheap they quote me with 450 if i remember correctly last week for two metal pipes and rubber hoses are not more than 500, if you want reliability then you can buy from them and get your work done from anyone you want to.
