Any Update on LHC Stay Order Copy or IHC Appeal?
ya kia mazzaq hay paisay laga kay bhi consumer zaleel ho rahay hain ............... you guys needs to have a case on Chairman FBR in supreme court for looting and misleading.
koi ata pata nahi.. koi bol hee nahi raha.. 50000 carz hnn aor awaz 10 ki bh nahi a rahi....
Masla to IHC ny khara kiya hai janab.. har cheez thk ja rahi thi.. number hee nhi laga chalani kya hai gari
hey everyone !!!! news alert.. fbr is not goin 4 appeal... either they are making policy to pay remaining taxes. . but it is confirmed now fbr is not going for appeal .... soo kindlyy think abt it serously....

Yar plz clear me one thing If someone is selling this scheme car with proper no n all is it still an illegal vehicle??? ... Like a car has Lahore no a guy is selling it ... So???
I have Isb no car of same scehme but I wont recommend buying this car. As there are still unrsolved issues. This case and situation will still take atleast an year to resolve. Every thing is illegal unless the court decides.
Decision jo be aai, one thing is for sure, that these amnesty scheme cars will have worst resale value, even if they get legalised.

ni brother.. aj bh market aotni hee haa gari ki... meri car log lana cha rahay hn but vo kahty hn scheme ka ak dafa sc sy faisla a jaye.. soo resale is not a big issue.. issue iss SC kya decide karti hai.. 8 March ko stay order lanay ky lye file kiya tha but 10 march ko sc ny stay order against scheme reject kr dia tha.. soo hoppinn 4 da best
jinhon ny gariyein li hnn agar voo boleinn gyy tuu kuch bh nahi huy ga but koi bh nahi bol raha na hee koi bold step ly raha hai..... koi ak jo bara huy vo step ly sb ajayein gyy sath inshaallah.. av js partty ny IHC main case kiya tha aos ny SC main LHC ka stay order challenge kr dia hai.. plus IHC ki decision ky khalif appeal karny ky lye 2 months hotay hein .. agar koi appeal na kary to vo faisla phr challenge nhi ho sakta.. aor jinhon ny gariyein li hnn voo chup kr ky tamasha dakh rahay.... koi bh nahi bol raha.. adhr bh bs 7 8 log hee baat kr rahay... but practically kuch karna ho ga....Do or die wali situation hai...
Em not sure abt this but one of amnesty scheme holder said this dat LHC stay order is challenged in SC. but nobody in favor of this amnesty scheme is handlin this situation..
