Yr hearing is on 25oct at rawalpandi bench case no 3205-12 and it is 100%confirm and it is most frobaly they wil give decision and any body in rawalpandi plz go and know case position by himself . i m in quetta and that's y it is not possible for me.

cars which have been registered with motor vehicle depts across Pakistan after payment of legal fees & taxes have zero impact of court ruling. the bulk which is not registered ( obviously which have not paid the duty taxes before closure of scheme ) shall be worried.

Everyone was very hopeful that today on ,25 oct,the scheme cars would be declared clear with some fruitful decision....and this news made my chance...a pearson from isb,3 days before has bought my car(premio x 2007) for 1625000.
Thanks to Allah for giving me such a relief...
