The second one is the actual court order copy wherein the court clearly suspended the order ofthe previous single judge and the fbr request was acceptedthat the Khawaja Saad was not an affectee nor he challenged the SRO AT THE time of issuance. Also the authority of the government for issuanceof every SRO was not discussed in the previous decision hence only a one way judgement was issued.
The copy of court order also shows the previous decision suspended and also the disposed off the current intra court appeal for unlimited time with date of next hearing rested with the appealent as that there should not any legal exception and only to follow the court and legal actions by FBR for completion of the pending car clearance process which was struck off by the previous decision.
Also the last court order sentence clearly shows the start of car clearance process or registration by the FBR OR ETOs or the releavant departments if that was stopped or affected by the previous decision.
Now dear all friends/affectees, this is a order by court to start the car clearance process/registration process by all the departments.
Now,we all should go to the respective etos to start the stopped process of cars registration as per court order if they don;t do then we all should gather and file a contempt of court case against the govt of Pakistan excise and taxation departments of all provinces and then this will be solved easily. However i hope that this order will solve our problems inshallah.
