Yes, this was told by the ETO staff , i was there in islamabad for sale of my vitz to one of my friend and he went there to check the file of my car, the staff was his cousin n told him that there is no problem of amnesty vehicles at the moment as also court has legalized it . An important thing he told about FBR, he said that all the issue is due to the stopped verification from FBR AS these vehicles had the origin from CUSTOM HOUSES . ETOs has sought verification of the registered cars but they are not returning / responding to our correspondence. However, he said that within a month inshallah, registration books will be ready and after this process, new process of registration will be started.
nOW God knows what will happen. We are hopeful and lets see.............
