The above URL depicts the annoyance of Affectees that the FBR N EXCISE r taking no concrete steps to start the registration of vehicles r provision of books .
I think that these departments r interalia involved in taking no interest to solve the problem.

Next hearing of case at IHC is on 14 april,2014.Issue will only be solved once the final decesion on the case comes from IHC and the case is dismissed.Hopefully this time the case is solved and closed.

Above link is the 11.00 AM bulletin of Dunya News in which LHC has allowed the registration process of Amnesty cars.

You all can listen after installation of HOTSPOT SHIELD for watching this youtube bulletin.

Now if someone can get that observation from LHC then plz paste here n now all of you people who have NOCs of registration for Punjab should go to ETOs and get registered their vehicles and if they dont register then contempt of court should be obtained from any court of Pakistan. LHC orders are valid for all over the PAKISTAN AND NOW all the etos all over the country who were reluctant to register the cars now got the instructions to start the registration of cars.

Lahore High court has jurisdiction for punjab only. Not entire pakistan came in there jurisdiction.

Let's just hope it gets fine, it has to, A friend of mine went to eto he's saying no orders yet, eto said that there is a lot of pressure upon us by dealers,polititions,influentials but in this case the diractorate has ordered us not to register a single vehicle or to issue any pending book unless the final verdict by court come.. This is the situation!
