I have vitz 2002 model.cleared from Quetta.in its Documents Order in orignal/FBR letter.value assesed by customs is written = 0 .Now last time when reg was open exise people tell me that value assesed by custom should not be zero.Any one with vehicle cleared from quetta please tell,what you people have and will it cause problem in registeration.

No don't worry about it, yeh 2005 sa nechay ki tamam gariyo p zero hae, just go or wo koi objection nae karain gae!!!! Haan but pehlay eto will give u a written application refering your car to intrinsic lab, lab clear karwao 700 fee hae aik week lagta hae,n then they will register..

Quetta cleared cars dun have NOC kox i have also havin quetta cleared SUV nd they didnt gve me NOC by sayin theres no need of NOC but it still have to register...

For queta no seperate noc required,docs required are.
FBR letter
Order in orignal
Orignal copy of bank challan paid for duty
transfer letter. If vehical not cleared on your name by customs
copy of cnic of the person whom cleared from customs.
Then
laboratory clearance
then 15 verification report.
then
isb residnce proof,affidavit utility bill etc.
as per info i collected.

I think initially the they gave only one, either FBR letter or Order in original. That's what happened with me. When I went for registration, one was missing and that's what ETO guys say that NOC is missing. Many vehicles were sold without the 2nd documents and seller didn't tell the buyer about it. I had to pull some strings at that time and got delivered the 2nd document later.
In Lahore I got the number in June 2013 and no clearance from 15 etc was asked.
