Yes the transfer fees are very high due to wht tax on five year old cars from date of registration .As the car you are interested in is registered in 2013 It will have tax of 60000 for filler(taxpayer) and 120000 for non filler and registration charges will be around 3000 additional.

It isn't so clear but I think it's 52,000 for Tax filer. (Fourth year) right?

If I want to buy isb registered coure, 2008 then how much I have to pay ? Tax is relevant to make year or registration year ?

@commando282 as far as i know the withholding tax is related to registration year. If your coure is registered in 2008 then you dont have to pay any advance tax just normal registration charges

Tax for used imported car will be calculated from the first registration in Pakistan or date of manufacturing ??

Can any 1 help. I am in lahore but my car is isd reg i need to arrange transfer letter so buyer can get it leased.

But eto requires that seller be present. As some digital process they have started.

Anyway to avoid going all the way to islamabad for a transfer letter
