I hope you are all doing well.
So there's a car that is to be transferred to me and I have done my biometric which has been verified and I have the receipt as well.
When I check the application tracking, it is showing me the following options:
Process:
TRANSFER UPDATE
Phase:
PRINTING AUTHORIZATION
Phase Status:
PENDING
Application Process:
IN PROGRESS
Does anyone know if I have to do anything or will the transfer happen on its own? I wasn't told anything else at the excise office, and the helpline wasn't much help either.
PS: Before I did my biometric, it showed Phase as "External Verification" and Phase Status as "Biometric Pending". This is the latest status after I did the biometric.
