RA grade usually means it has a replaced part or a repair mark (w1,w2 etc.) or if it has a part that needs to be replaced [X], but in some cases I have seen RA even if their is no damage. I imported one car which had RA just because it's audio system was removed. I think RA se koi farak nai parta if the car has no damage but log mind kar jatay hain RA wali gari ko
