1. dont know if it will work on Civic or not, but if works it can tell instantaneous and average mileage.
2. it can run on all iphones.
3. have not tested to reset the ecu.
4. yes i can send on your expense

maybe you are not aware this wont work with any iPhone, no bluetooth obd dongle works, iPhone has proprietary bluetooth only wifi OBD dongle works and you need a paid application something like dash command on iPhone to get good results.

This works with JDM cars, according to my research, all JDM cars after 2005 models have standardized J-OBD protocol,
and this device supports J-OBD protocol, i have testes this on Toyota Passo 2011, Mitubishi EK 2013. I will keep updating as i check it on other cars.

Today, i will check with the courier about shipping charges and update you.
