Oh man o man just saw this thread and i was having the same issue with my brand new mehran. The car used to vibrate when i used to press the brake paddle.I changed the rims of my car ,i changed the tyres to yokohama ,155/r12/70 still the car used to vibrate ,i did the alignment/balancing still that car used to vibrate .. i did change the rotars in warranty from suzuki ,still the car vibrated on applying brakes ,3s monkeys couldnt rectify the problem.. i even checked the hubs if they were loose ,nothing was wrong.. i did was bought a brand new rotars and did the tooling stuff on the both sides ,the brand new rotars were provided by suzuki.I changed the brake leathers to the soft one its name was MK ..bought for 4 tyres.. the brake leather provided by suzuki are of third class quality ,they are very hard .. the tooling on the both sides and the change of leather to softer one pads removed the problem alltogether.Dont fall for something else.. check wheel HUBS , tool the rotars of both sides and change the 4 wheel leather to MK brand.Even the new rotars provided by suzuki are also palraay.
